Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened packs for change of mind. But if something is wrong with your order, we'll make it right.

When you can request a replacement or refund

• The pack arrived damaged, torn or leaking.
• You received the wrong product or pack size.
• An item is missing from your order.
• There is a quality issue with the product.

How to raise a request

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery on +91 94260 13240 (call or WhatsApp) or at hello@umangsatnam.in.
2. Share your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
3. We'll review it and offer a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

• Online payments: refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
• Cash on Delivery: refunded by UPI or bank transfer to the details you share with us.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is shipped by contacting us. Once shipped, it can't be cancelled, but the refund policy above still applies if there is a problem.
